    Frequently Asked Battery Questions

    What is your Warranty Policy?

    GNB accepts battery warranty claims under these conditions:

    • The battery must be brought to or shipped to GNB’s Hamilton warehouse and must include the original receipt.
    • On arrival, GNB will test voltage. If the battery is above 12V, GNB performs a load test and may keep the battery for charging and retesting for 2–3 days.
    • If the battery fails the load test, a replacement is provided. If it passes, the battery is returned.
    • Warranty on a replacement battery is based on the original purchase date (not the replacement date).

    What is your Shipping Policy?

    GNB’s current shipping policy is:

    • Orders must be paid in full before shipment (including freight).
    • GNB currently ships AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries only. Other battery types are not available for shipping at this time.
    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after ship the next business day.
    • GNB can’t ship to PO boxes—a physical address is required.
    • After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

    No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

    Not sure if the battery you need is AGM (and shippable)? Use the Contact Us form and include your Year/Make/Model and current battery code—GNB can confirm fitment before you order.

    What is your Refund Policy?

    GNB’s refund / exchange policy is:

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase only if the battery is new condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
    • Items must be returned with stickers still attached and you must have your receipt.
    • GNB cannot accept any returns or warranties without receipt/proof of purchase.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and GNB states there are no exceptions to this policy.

    How do I apply for a wholesale account?

    To apply for a GNB wholesale account, go to the Wholesale page and complete the Wholesale Partner application form. Once submitted, GNB reviews your details and, if approved, you’ll receive access to wholesale pricing, account support, and order fulfillment.
