Warranty Policy

 

GNB will accept warranty claims for batteries under the following terms:

The battery must be brought to or shipped to our Hamilton warehouse, accompanied by the original receipt. Upon arrival, the battery voltage will be tested. If the battery voltage is above 12V, a load test will be performed, and the battery will remain at our warehouse for charging and retesting for 2-3 days.

If the battery fails the load test, a warranty will be issued, and a replacement battery will be provided. If the battery passes the load test, the battery will be returned to the customer.

In the event that the battery fails the load test, the warranty on the replacement battery will be based on the original purchase date, not the date of the new warranty.

AUTOMOTIVE SLA/AGM: 2 YEARS

MOTORCYCLE SLA/AGM: 1 YEAR

GOLFCART SLA/AGM: 1 YEARS

ODYSSEY ODX: 4 YEARS

ODYSSEY ODP: 3 YEARS

ODYSSEY ODS: 2 YEAR

SECONDS: 1 YEAR
