Refund Policy

 

GNB will accept batteries for return or exchange that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be returned with stickers still attached and your receipt.

We cannot accept any returns or warranties of any kind without a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded in the same method of payment you originally paid with.

There are no exceptions to this policy.
