GNB’s current shipping policy is:
- Orders must be paid in full before shipment (including freight).
- GNB currently ships AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries only. Other battery types are not available for shipping at this time.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after ship the next business day.
- GNB can’t ship to PO boxes—a physical address is required.
- After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

You should add water to a lead-acid forklift battery after it has fully charged and cooled, because watering before or during charging can cause the electrolyte to expand and overflow, and you should use distilled or de-ionized water and avoid overfilling.
A sealed lead acid battery (SLA)—also commonly called a VRLA battery—is a lead-acid battery with immobilized electrolyte (AGM or gel) and a pressure-relief valve that reduces maintenance needs compared to flooded batteries, which is why they’re widely used for commercial and specialty applications where clean, consistent performance matters.
